X change oil and filter, clean magnetic drain plug
X change primary chain case fluid, clean magnetic drain plug
X change transmission lubricant, clean magnetic drain plug
X check and adjust primary drive chain
X inspect air cleaner
X lubricate the following – front brake lever,throttle cables,throttle
X clutch control cable and lever, jiffy stand
X tighten battery connections, check electrolyte on wet cells
X test battery voltage & charging system output
X check lighting & horn for proper operation
X adjust and check clutch/cable free play
X inspect engine stabilizers and mounts
X inspect fuel valve, lines and fittings for leaks
X inspect tires, tread depth & adjust pressure
X check wheels & tighten spokes
X inspect brake pads and disc for wear
X adjust and check rear belt
X check shock absorbers
X inspect oil and brake lines and fittings for leaks
X inspect brake fluid level and condition
X check engine idle speed
X check operation of throttle and enricher
X check front fork bearing adjustment
X road test
