The Green Envy Chopper Started its life as a Big Dog. It came to Mean Street to get done up. We started with lime time green flames, mixed with show polished motor, and we chromed every piece on it. Not to mention the big ass cam and Martin Brothers slick stats two into one pipe! Bad ass… The chopper ended up in a nice home in Orlando FL.

When Steve Jones left for his second tour of Iraq he was expecting to return home to find that his friends led by Donnie Barnes and Paulie Cress had totally rebuilt his 57 Harley for him at Mean Street Customs. Once Donnie involved Paulie a technician at Mean Street who gladly pitched in he ended up with over 20 friends and 10 local businesses working on the project. What is left of Steve’s old motorcycle is literally just the frame and engine.  The bike now features the stripped down look of an old St. Louis style bobber, short and stocky with big tall handlebars.

X change oil and filter, clean magnetic drain plug
X change primary chain case fluid, clean magnetic drain plug
X change transmission lubricant, clean magnetic drain plug
X check and adjust primary drive chain
X inspect air cleaner
X lubricate the following – front brake lever,throttle cables,throttle
X clutch control cable and lever, jiffy stand
X tighten battery connections, check electrolyte on wet cells
X test battery voltage & charging system output
X check lighting & horn for proper operation
X adjust and check clutch/cable free play
X inspect engine stabilizers and mounts
X inspect fuel valve, lines and fittings for leaks
